Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use our website and understand their options, whatever their circumstances.

Our approach

This website aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We’ve designed it so that you can:

  • read text with good contrast against its background
  • zoom in up to 400% without text disappearing off the screen
  • navigate using just a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator
  • use a screen reader, with headings and links that make sense out of context
  • turn off animation by setting your device to reduce motion

We write in plain English and explain any mortgage terms we use. Important information, such as risk warnings, is shown in full on the page rather than hidden behind buttons or tabs.

Some parts may not be fully accessible

Some content comes from third parties, such as embedded forms or booking tools, and we don’t fully control how it works. If you have difficulty with any part of the site, please let us know.
