I’m self-employed – what are my options?

There's a common myth that the self-employed find it hard to get a mortgage. While the options will vary, there are a number of options depending on whether you are a sole trader/limited company director, partnership or contractor. Contact us for more information on self employed mortgages.

How much can I borrow?

This is the biggest question and usually one of the first things people want to know when they speak to us.

How much you can borrow depends on individual circumstances, lenders criteria and calculations so unfortunately, there’s no straightforward answer.

How long will it take to get a mortgage?

This really depends on how quickly you can gather the information asked by the lender.
